PUPPETS...!!!

Human existence has really become a matter of question mark in the recent years. We all have become puppets of the technology world. Our morning starts by looking inside our smartphones and we go to sleep again after doing that activity. We really don’t bother much about the happenings of the real world. Our relations are getting hampered, we have started to devalue them. In the efforts of becoming more technology friendly and upgraded version of mankind, we have removed the word love from our dictionaries. Our energy quotient is reduced drastically. We all have become lazy. Enthusiasm and Excitement are lost totally in our daily lives. For a 2-minute away from homework, we need cars and motorcycles to reach that milestone. Our feet don’t really get the chance to feel the warmth of the earth.

We have become addicted to our smartphones and gadgets. Nowadays, a child before going to school is becoming more advanced and efficient in using a smartphone of his dad. It has become a way of showing intelligence. Technological disruption is at its peak in today’s era. The present generation is an indoor generation. We all have turned our homes into the playbook. Physical efforts are really difficult to find out in our normal daily lives. We have replaced our hands and legs with smart controls. For switching on the fan and lights we have smartphones; for shopping, we have E-Commerce; for moving around, we have world-class self-driving cars in most of the countries; for entertainment, we have games like Blue Whale which has already taken the life of many.

Now we have more smartphones and gadgets in our family than the total headcount of the members. We talk about celebrating world health day, getting fit and running campaigns on social media, but while doing all this, we are sitting on our couches or simply having rest in our living rooms making the seats getting hot in the wrath of our obese bump and belly. Dear, just like you get exhausted, your couches and chairs also get exhausted under your weight pressure. Be Empathetic…!!!

We all have entered into a stage where nothing really motivates us. Motivation remains for the mere seconds and after that everything gets back to the way it was. Research studies have shown that the average number of times we see our smartphones in a day is more than 100. We spend more than 7 hours every day on gadgets use and here gadgets includes everything having a user interface such as Pcs, Laptops, Smartphones, TVs, etc. Now think about the negative effects of them on your physical well-being. Numerous new health issues have been discovered in the last decade or so of multiple varieties. You won’t face the problems now, but they will gradually and slowly start affecting you from inside and it will reflect on your outside behavior.

So now it’s up to you that how you are going to take this lesson.

Your Life and Your Rules…!!!

Thanks and Regards
